Bee Buy – Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation including the Distance Contracts Act and the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260), as well as applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Bee Buy is legally responsible as the seller regardless of whether products are shipped from Sweden, the EU, or international fulfillment partners, including suppliers located outside the EU.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts the day after the customer receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing (e.g., by email) within 14 days of receiving the order.
After approval of the withdrawal request, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof of return.
2. Return Shipping and International Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Returns must be approved by us before the product is shipped back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Since some products may be shipped from international suppliers outside the EU, the return address may be located abroad. The correct return address will be provided after return approval.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product’s nature, characteristics, and function.
For a full refund, the product should:

Not be used beyond reasonable inspection

Not be damaged

Be returned in original packaging where possible
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed hygiene or health products once the seal is broken

Personalized or custom-made products

Digital content once delivery has started

Perishable goods
If a product has been used more than necessary for inspection, Bee Buy may deduct the diminished value in accordance with Swedish law.
4. Complaints and Defective Goods (Reklamation)
According to Swedish consumer law, consumers have a three-year statutory right to complain about defects.
Customers should notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect. Complaints made within two months are always considered reasonable.
If a product is defective, the customer may be entitled to:

Free repair

Replacement

Price reduction

Refund if the defect is significant or cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
Reasonable costs related to the defect, such as return shipping, may be reimbursed.
Bee Buy remains responsible for product defects even if the product was shipped directly from international suppliers.

Filing a complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) currently costs SEK 150. Decisions are recommendations but are usually followed by Swedish companies.
