Bee Buy – Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made at Bee Buy (operated in Sweden).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms as well as applicable Swedish consumer protection law and EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Prices are displayed in SEK and include VAT where applicable.

  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

  • An order confirmation will be sent to your email after purchase.

3. Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Bee Buy is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

According to Swedish distance selling law, customers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after receiving the goods.

Conditions:

  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Products must be packed in original packaging when possible.

  • Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed hygiene or health products once the seal is broken

  • Customized or personalized goods

  • Digital content delivered electronically

  • Perishable goods

If the product has been used more than necessary to inspect its function, a deduction for diminished value may be applied.

5. Complaints and Defective Goods (Reklamation)

Under Swedish consumer law, customers have the right to complain about defects for up to 3 years.

  • Customers should notify us within 2 months after discovering a defect.

Depending on the situation, Bee Buy may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

6. Warranty

Any warranty offered by Bee Buy is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Dispute Resolution

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, customers may contact:

  • Allmänna reklamationsnämnden

Consumers within the EU may also use the online dispute resolution platform:

Ultimately, disputes may be resolved in Swedish courts.
