Bee Buy – Shipping Policy

(Dropshipping & International Fulfillment)

This shipping policy is prepared in accordance with Swedish consumer protection legislation including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, as well as applicable EU consumer protection rules.

1. Shipping Origin

Some products are shipped directly from international suppliers and fulfillment partners outside the European Union, including China.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that international shipping may occur.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–25 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

According to Swedish consumer law, delivery must normally occur within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed.

If delivery is significantly delayed beyond 30 days and no extended delivery time has been accepted, the customer may have the right to cancel the purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Customs, VAT and Import Duties

Customers outside Sweden or the EU may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by their national authorities.

Bee Buy is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

For EU customers, VAT is handled according to applicable EU e-commerce taxation rules.

5. Risk and Transport Responsibility

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, risk for the goods passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

If a product is lost or damaged before delivery, Bee Buy will provide a replacement or refund.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish distance selling law.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Returns must be approved by Bee Buy before the product is sent back.
The return address will be provided after return approval.

Since products may be shipped from international suppliers, the return address may in some cases be located outside the customer’s country.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the product has been used more than necessary to inspect its function or characteristics, Bee Buy reserves the right to deduct the reduction in value in accordance with Swedish law.
